Policies

This is a general overview of our rental policies and counter procedures for booking a rental.

In order to rent a vehicle from Supercar Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 25 years old
• Have a major credit card
• Have a driving record without major violation for at least 2 years
• Have valid full coverage insurance that will extend to our vehicle with sufficient limits

Our booking procedure is as follows:

• Contact us by phone at (770) 633-9020 or email us info@supercarrentalsinc.com
• Give us the date and car you wish to reserve
• Place a 20% deposit on a credit card to reserve the car and date (this is refundable if the rental is not approved for driving record or insurance reasons)
• We will check your driving record and insurance coverage and return your call or email to confirm the rental
• Let us know if you would like to pick the car up at our facility or if you would like to take advantage of free delivery inside of 285 ($2.00 per mile outside of 285)
• Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup
• You pick up the car or we deliver it
• Drive it like you own it!

100 miles are included with full day rentals. 50 miles are included with half day rentals. Additional mileage is charged at $2.50 per mile.

Your credit card information will be kept on file and used to authorize the charge of a security deposit of $5,000. This amount will not be charged unless the car is returned damaged. It will be refunded if any damage is paid for by your insurance carrier.

There will be no refunds or credits for any changes or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to delivery or pick up. The 20% deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel or reschedule your rental but it can be credited towards a future rental booked within 30 days.
